At the end, some of the pastries will be presented as a sweet buffet for the class to enjoy, and everyone will go home with recipes and the pastries they've made. Just like our cooking classes, our facility is BYOB. So wine or bubbly treats would be welcome to pair with the desserts.
We also offer private classes for advanced students, or for the ones who have a specific dessert they want to learn about. For those requests please contact us directly by email: .

Registering for classes:
Check the calendar below and Pick a date! Email us at cookauvin@gmail.com with your name, your phone number, several dates you'd be interested in. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation and rescheduling:
Rescheduling and Cancellations (at least 24h before)- Not possible the day of the cooking class. Due to the large number of schedule requests we receive every day, you MUST be sure of your dates and availability before you book your class. Rescheduling is possible only for emergency situations, and will be accompanied by a $55 rescheduling fee per couple.
Why do you charge a fee to reschedule? Does it still apply to family emergencies/missed flights/etc?
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we do understand that these things happen. However, we have had so many requests of this nature that we must enforce a fee for all reschedule requests. The fee should ensure that everyone who books a class knows for certain that they can come, and this in turn will greatly increase probability that all Coupon users will be able to reserve on the exact date they would like.
There are no exceptions to the $55 rescheduling fee. Everyone has the best reason for being rescheduled... Thank you for your understanding.
Calendar:
Please note that we are keeping the schedule as up to date as we can, but that it may be possible for you to see a date open that has just been filled.
