Have you ever wondered how the French baguette from La Boulangerie was made ?
On the day of the class, the bakery is completely reserved for the group. We will provide you caps and aprons to begin baking. Hydration all along the class is recommended, we will provide water, but feel free to bring your own favorite drink (the class is BYOB).
Our bread classes last 3-4 hours which will be divided in the following:
- Group welcoming;
- Dough mixing as well as starter and mother dough;
- Handmade baguette, boule and brioche;
- Flat Bread dough
- Baba au rum with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
Once the bread is baked and comes out of our 16000 lbs stone oven, the students will have a chance to unwind and share an assortment of European cheese and charcuterie selection and what they have prepared during the class (4-course meal).
