Would you like to impress your guests at your next soirée ? So learn how to make gourmet French pastries in our hands-on Pastry Class.
Our expert pastry chef will guide you through the delicate art of the pâtisserie, and send you home with recipes that will be sure to wow your sweet-toothed loved ones!
On the day of your class, the pastry lab has been completely reserved for the group (8 students max). Then we will provide you caps and aprons to begin your sweet experience. Because we recommend that you stay hydrated, we will provide water. But feel free to bring your own favorite drink.
The class usually lasts 3-4 hours. Student will be guided all along the way by a professional pastry chef and create the following desserts:
- French macarons
- Pate a choux
- Eclairs
- Chocolate ganache & Pastry cream
